First Construction Company's newest development is located at 3503 Fitzroy Rd, Hiawatha. Find us in the Pines by taking I-380 to exit 28, County Home Rd and Toddville exit, turn onto County Home Rd, west to Loggerhead Rd, turn left onto Loggerhead Rd and continue south for one mile to 3503 Fitzroy Rd. Development will be on west side of the road.
